Return & Exchange Policy
At ONE O ONE COLLECTION, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We make every effort to ensure that every product delivered meets our quality standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent Return & Exchange Policy.
1. 7-Day Easy Return & Exchange
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Conditions:
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required (Order Number, Invoice, or Screenshot)
If the item does not meet these conditions, the request may be declined.
2. Refund Process (Within 48 Hours)
Once the returned item is received and inspected by our team:
- Your refund will be processed within 48 hours
- Refund will be issued through the same payment method used for purchase (unless otherwise agreed)
- You will be informed via WhatsApp/SMS after the refund is completed
Note: Delivery or return shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Exchange Policy
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund:
- You may request a size exchange or design exchange (subject to stock availability)
- Exchange will only be processed after the original item is received and verified
4. Accessories Policy (No Warranty)
Accessories related to clothing are provided as complimentary or optional items. This may include:
- Brand Boxes
- Shopping Bags
- Packaging Items
- Clothing Add-ons
Please Note:
- No warranty or guarantee applies to any accessories
- Damaged box, bag, or packaging will not be claimed under warranty
- Accessories are not eligible for separate refund or exchange unless the wrong item is sent
5. Damaged / Wrong Product Received
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- Wrong product
- Wrong size
- Defective product
Please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing pictures or video proof. We will resolve the issue quickly through replacement or refund.
